Easiest Ever Paella Recipe

Method For Making This Recipe:
- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, then soften the leek for 5 minutes without browning. Add the chorizo and fry until it releases the oils. To coat the oils, add the turmeric and rice and pour into the stock. Bring to the boil, then cook, sometimes stirring, for 15 minutes.
